Program
Description:

Friends Camp is a caring and accepting community that offers youth campers
a range of creative activities and lots of zany fun. The Quaker values of
equality, peace, simplicity, and community are the foundation of Friends
Camp. We actively promote self-expression, the importance of social
justice, and the loving acceptance of each camper. Campers choose from
elective programs that include sports, sailing, art, drama, music,
ceramics, photography, and a wide variety of creative and unique
activities. Campers develop a strong sense of belonging to an intentional
community through group discussions, consensus-building, work projects and
daily meetings for camp business and reflection. Friends Camp welcomes
youth from all backgrounds to our diverse community. We offer campership.
This summer we have three new sessions - Family Camp, Leadership and
Service, Drama Camp all in August.
